If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not received your package please email for information about your order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds via store credit are granted (if applicable)

Shipped Damaged with Obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Twenty-Four reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Similarly, Twenty-Four reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
